Course Description:

Your 1st (…or 7th) Associate Contract Brendan O'Keefe Learn how to assess a job offer and how to read an associate contract. Learn how to set out clear goals for yourself in negotiation and structure the conversation with the owner so that you can negotiate what you need. Participatory negotiation workshop in second hour with prizes. Learning Objectives: Participants will learn how to determine what they are looking for in an associate position, how to assess a job offer based on those criteria and how to read a proposed associateship contract. They will learn negotiation strategies to get the offer they need and still have a working relationship with the owner through a participatory role-playing game. Registration: Registration is REQUIRED.
