Jessica Reed joined Maine Quality Counts in August of 2016 in the role of Quality Improvement Manager. She is currently the Clinical Lead for 2 grant projects, one of which is in its second year of increasing HPV vaccination rates with pediatric and primary care practices across the state of Maine.  Before joining Maine Quality Counts, Ms. Reed was the state of Maine Health Systems Manager for the American Cancer Society. Jessica has been a board certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner since 1995. Her career has been dedicated to each patient's right to compassionate, comprehensive health care while also focusing on the importance of health education, cancer prevention/detection and chronic disease management within primary care health systems. She has experience in developing educational programs for patients, caregivers, clinical staff, hospitals and other various health care providers for over 25 years. She has practiced as a GNP in family practice, long-term rehabilitation hospitals, and long-term care facilities. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from St. Joseph's College and her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Amanda Willette is a graduate of the university of Maine at Augusta’s dental assisting program and is a national board-certified dental assistant and expanded functions dental assistant. She also holds a master’s degree in adult and higher education. She is the owner of beyond compliance, a dental consulting and training business that provides dental practices with guidance for managing regulatory compliance and provides staff training services. She has nearly 20 years of experience working in the dental field in a variety of settings, including in general dentistry, community health, and in education. Most recently, she served as the dental assisting program coordinator and an associate professor of dental health at UMA. Prior to that role, she served as the dental health programs clinical and laboratory coordinator at UMA, where she gained significant experience in understanding regulatory compliance and drafting clinical policies related to infection control and clinical safety
