Course Description: 
Suitable for all levels of fitness, Slow Morning Flow is tailored to bring relaxation, stability, and flexibility for the body and mind. 

Objectives:

This session aims to place one in the correct physical and mental state to make the most of all the possibilities Bar Harbor, Maine, has to offer.

Dr. Robert Patenaude Jr. & Carol Patenaude

For the past six (6) years Robert and Carol have been teaching an evening slow flow class tailored to bring relaxation, stability, and flexibility for the body and mind. In addition, they teach a morning flow sequence to prepare individuals to move through their day with ease and grace. Both come with extensive training as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), which is a distinction given to yoga teachers whose training and teaching experience meet Yoga Alliance requirements.
