Join the MDA and President-Elect, Dr. Adam Saltz, as we engage in a 45-minute workout full of dance, sweat, and smiles. Jibe is a rhythm-based indoor cycling studio free of judgment allowing you to go at your own pace. Ride as a tribe with JIBE to get stronger together and benefit the Children's Oral Health Network.
Drinks and snacks will be available by Mbrace Orthodontics.
Event Details:
All riders must sign a waiver upon arrival. Please allow 15 minutes prior to the start of class to do so.
Anyone 13 years of age and up can ride. Riders under 16yo must be accompanied by a guardian.
Shoe rental is included in your ticket purchase. If you have your own, the studio bikes accommodate SPD and delta-look clips.
Don't forget a water bottle, workout apparel, and a great attitude!
