Join the MDA and President-Elect, Dr. Adam Saltz, as we engage in a 45-minute workout full of dance, sweat, and smiles. Jibe is a rhythm-based indoor cycling studio free of judgment allowing you to go at your own pace. Ride as a tribe with JIBE to get stronger together and benefit the Children's Oral Health Network.

Drinks and snacks will be available by Mbrace Orthodontics. 

Event Details:

  • All riders must sign a waiver upon arrival. Please allow 15 minutes prior to the start of class to do so. 

  • Anyone 13 years of age and up can ride. Riders under 16yo must be accompanied by a guardian. 

  • Shoe rental is included in your ticket purchase. If you have your own, the studio bikes accommodate SPD and delta-look clips. 

  • Don't forget a water bottle, workout apparel, and a great attitude!
