On-site registration will be available, but we cannot guarantee there will be spots available in all courses. Please note that only credit card payments will be accepted at the door.
All CE Verification Forms have been distributed for the 2025 Annual Convention. If you did not receive one, please email Sara Baird at sbaird@medental.org.
Yes! Students may use coupon code: MEdental350 to receive a $350.00 off their total order. Student: A student in the field of dentistry is an individual enrolled in an accredited academic program with the goal of becoming a dental professional. This includes those pursuing a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or other dentistry-related degrees.

No. Annual Convention badges will be provided at registration upon check-in.
Exhibitor Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and received by MDA on or before March 1st to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between March 2, 2025 and April 30, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after April 30, 2025.
Participant Refund/Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing to Therese Cahill at tcahill@medental.org by May 23, 2025 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after May 23, 2025.

Unfortunately, we do not offer coat check services. We hope that with the summer breeze, coats will be optional in June. However, we encourage a light sweater if the rooms are cool due to air conditioning.
